2. Delivery Charge
 
2.1. Purchases over $300, enjoy free delivery in Hong Kong and Macau
 
2.2. For orders less than $300, shipping to Hong Kong will charge HKD$30 delivery charge, and shipping to Macau will charge HKD$34 delivery charge.
 
2.3. Free shipping does not include additional costs arising from the following terms :

  • We will deliver the merchandise you ordered through the third-party contractors to the delivery address provided by you. When you confirm receipt of the products, you agree to present a photo ID and/or order delivery message sending to your mobile phone upon request when you acknowledge receipt of the merchandise. The merchandise shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the merchandise is delivered to the address you give us for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order without any refund or compensation to you in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.

  • You agree and accept all the terms, arrangements and policies of the third-party contractors for delivery, including, but not limited to, SF Express at www.sf-express.com and Kerry Logistics at www.kerrylogistics.com.
 
  • We may deliver the merchandise in one or more instalments. Any times and dates given for dispatch of merchandise, or the length of time that merchandise will take to be delivered, are only estimates. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times, we will inform you as to the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.

  • There are size limits for each pickup point (stores, lockers, business stations or convenience stores, etc.). You should check the third-party contractor websites, ensuring the order you placed could be accommodated by the pickup point you selected. You agree and accept to bear any extra costs it may arise if the order you placed exceeded the size limit of a certain pickup point.

  • You must provide and confirm that the delivery information provided is complete and correct. If the order cannot be sent to you successfully due to your input error, you agree and accept to bear any extra costs it may arise for re-delivery (or even re-order).

  • You will become the owner of the merchandise you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once merchandise has been delivered to you, it will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
 
 
3. Delivery Time
 
3.1. Except for public holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, system failures or other irresistible factors (including but not limited to wars, accidents, riots, civil commotions, strikes, labor disputes, etc.). and other exceptional circumstances, we will process the order on the next working day after receiving the order.
 
3.2. Normally, you can receive the orders within 1 week when your order is accepted, payment is confirmed and you received "Biomed Order Confirmation" email. However, delivery service in Sunday and Public Holiday will be suspended and postponed to the next working day. Delivery time may be affected by seasonal holidays (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter) or in the situation of overwhelming order. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
 
3.3. Some pickup points may have an inventory limit. In case of inventory full, the arrival time may be delayed. For inquiries, please contact the third-party delivery contractor directly.
 
4. Logistics and tracking
 
4.1. After the order is packaged and delivery is arranged, the customer will receive an email delivery confirmation notification. The email contains order information and package tracking number. If necessary, please contact the third-party delivery contractor to track the delivery.
 
4.2. After the order is arranged for delivery, if the customer has any special logistics requirements, the customer is required to contact the third-party delivery contractor directly and may need to bear additional costs.

5. We reserve the right to terminate or vary the above arrangements from time to time without providing any prior notification. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
